I found the film incredibly emotional. You’re right, just a big chase movie, but found myself tearing up when Emily and Josh first meet. Stupid lachrymose 40s. Or, perhaps it was just allergies. Yes, that’s it!
Did the recent release of the UFO files excite you at all? It seems to me that no-one is bothered these days! And sightings strangely (and sadly!) seem to have mostly disappeared since the advent of mobile phones...

I can’t believe they let cinemas get so dusty these days. I had the same problem when I saw ET a couple of months ago…

I am just working my way through the X Files ,very 90s. Apparently there is a new series starting soon.
Yeah, think they’re doing a reboot. I started a rewatch a little while ago but put it on hold for a bit. The movie has definite X Files vibes.

I had a skim of the reports! Some more got released yesterday so maybe I’ll give it more attention!
